This upcoming summer the Penn State Pathway Fellows are taking a trip to Peru! The Penn State Pathway Fellows is a program for students in the STEM fields and is sponsored by the National Science Foundation. Without their support along with the support of the Penn State College of Engineering and Penn State Global Programs this trip would not be possible. This is an educational trip and the theme of this year's projects will be focused on the building of sustainable cost effective housing for Peru and it's reesidents. Along with this educational enrichment the students will also get to explore the historic lands of Machu Picchu! Again we thank the sponsors for their generosity and updates leading up to the trip and during our time in Peru will be posted to this blog.
